Size: 2 rooms: 1 living room; 1 bedroom; kitchen; bathroom and toilet; Total space: 50 sq. m., 3th floor. Sleeps: maximum 3 persons (1 queen bed) and one fold-out sofa.

Included Services: Move in assistance gladly provided. Maid service provided twice a week. 24 hour emergency contacts. All of staff speaks fluent English and are always willing to give recommendations upon request. Need something? Just ask

Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen (with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, sink, electric teakettle, kitchen utensils and dishes); a living room (a fold-out sofa, armchair, table, chairs, color TV DVD), bedroom (queen bed, wardrobe cabinet, night table with clock). Bed linens and towels are changed twice a week with maid service. Bathroom: (Sink, toilet and shower). 

Security: Building entrance has coded lock. Double door with a lock on each door. The area is active with much foot traffic, has many lights and is well policed.

Additional Services: Airport transfers for € 30, WiFi Internet access € 5/day or € 20/week. Laundry and ironing is also available for a small charge.

Visa Support: Tourist visa invitation  (€ 25) and / or visa registration (€ 20). You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: Prices are quoted in Euros. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to reserve the apartment. This can be paid by Mastercard/Visa or Western Union transfer. The balance is due at the time of move in and can be paid in Euros, Dollars, Rubles, or by credit card. Note: A 3% bank processing charge is added to all credit card charges. There are no additional fees, commissions, booking charges, or miscellaneous charges.
